Azure VPN Connection Issue
Resolution Steps:
1. Network Connectivity Check:
- The first step was to confirm that the network was properly connected. The network connection was found to be stable.
2. Device Manager Review:
- Opened Device Manager on the system to inspect network adapters.
3. Miniport Adapter Uninstallation:
- In the Device Manager, expanded the Network Adapters section to locate the Miniport Adapters.
- Right-clicked on each miniport adapter and selected Uninstall to remove them.
4. Re-scan Hardware for Changes:
- After uninstalling all miniport adapters, went to the top of the Device Manager window, right-clicked on the system name.
- Selected the Scan for hardware changes option.
5. Miniport Reinstallation:
- The system automatically detected and reinstalled the miniport adapters after scanning for hardware changes.
6. Azure VPN Connection:
- Once the miniport adapters were reinstalled, attempted to reconnect the Azure VPN, and it successfully connected.
