1. Check Internet Connection:

3. Sign Out and Sign Back In:
- Open OneNote.
- Click on your profile icon or your name in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Sign Out.
- After signing out, close OneNote and reopen it.
- Sign in again using your Microsoft account or the account used for OneNote.
4. Check Sync Status:
- Open OneNote and go to the File tab.
- Click on Info.
